  • Scanned Copies of Photos

While the online method of using correction is the fastest and most comfortable mode, you can also ask for any update by visiting the nearest NSDL collection centre. To make a correction, you need to download the form and submit it along with the essential documents to NSDL.

To make any change in the PAN card, you need to fill the application Form 49 A for correction through NSDL website or UTITS official portal. Follow these simple steps to update your PAN card or to follow the process for pan card correction proceeding. 

  • Click https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html if you want to make amendments through the NSDL website.
  • Next, click on the application type and choose Changes or Correction in the existing PAN data and fill in all the essential information.
  • Now provide the captcha and submit the application form along with the fee for correction.
  • Submit the e-KYC, or you can upload the scanned copies of the documents.

Making PAN card correction through UTITS website

  •   Visit the PAN card correction page on UTITS website by clicking here.
  • Fill all the essential details and submit.
  • Next, upload the copies of the required documents and submit the documents and fee for the correction.
  • Finally, on the submission of documents, a receipt will be generated which you can use as a reference in the future.

Once you apply for pan correction online and submit the pan card correction form, the updated PAN card will be sent to the mentioned address in the application form. Thus, you must ensure that you have provided the correct address while submitting the application form for the PAN card.
